Hi guys!! 😀 Thank you for your kind words in my last post, I feel much better now 🙂 But still keeping myself distant from books T_T So I enjoyed myself with some light-hearted graphic novels!! It’s actually the best thing for migraines hahah because my eyes don’t have to focus too much on the words and the pictures give me what I need.

First, I don’t play video games. Like AT ALL. It’s just one of those things that seem to never interest me. But what I do love is a great story. And for that, I love the stories behind the video games LOL weird huh? I can’t play for shit alright. But I can spend hours and hours watching all the Blizzard Cinematic, watching the storyline unfolds and find out what’s next. Let’s be honest, video games storyline are aamazing!!
It’s no surprise that I absolutely LOVE this Chronicle ! I don’t think people would put this under graphic novel. But it’s a chronological collection of facts and stories from the universe with amazing art along the pages. Some graphic arts. With Stories. Graphic Novel. Simple.

What I like the most is the diverse collection of mythologies and how it all blends in the history and universe of Warcraft. It makes you realize how this world is so vast! Everything makes so much sense LOL If you follow the stories or at least try to follow it from all the clips they provide, there are a lot of plot holes. This offers a great spectrum of all the events and when did it occur.

This RIGHT HERE IS SUCH A SEXY BEAST. This is the graphic novel beside my iPhone 6 +, can you see how huge it is in real life? SO HEAVY too! Can you imagine me bringing this graphic novel around?

I JUST LOVED AND LOVED THE ART! Reminds me of Locke&Key hehe.
The Absolute Wonder Woman offers a whole new storyline while having some redundant plots (the only reason I removed .2 score from my rating). The Greek Mythos are refreshing and the author’s take on them reminds me a lot of Neil Gaiman’s take on Norse Mythology.
I have to warn there some mature scenes and the it is quite gruesome and violent. I wouldn’t recommend it to buy it for your kids haha.

If I have one guilty pleasure is THIS FRKN CARTOON HAHA I love Korra, I think even more than The Last Airbender! I was so excited to read this spin off. The story starts right where the tv series end, Korra and Asami go on vacation to the spirit land.
One of the things I admire about Korra and The Last Airbender in general, is the portrait THE VILLAINS. They are so good because they are human. They make the same mistakes as us and their decisions are the ones I can see myself making. The villain we are introduced in this one looks very very innocent at first and then BAM. The ending reveals us that nothing looks like it seemed 😉

Big thank you to Penguin Random House Canada for all of these graphic novels !
