I was scrolling through  Instagram and Tumblr, when I saw beautiful pictures of books and bookworm’s life style that were very compelling to my eyes. I’ve decided to create this bookporn theme to show you all the exciting pictures that is, in my opinion, any bookworm’s goal! 😀

The theme for this week is : BOOKSHELVES! Hope you can find some inspiration here 🙂

    I’m lucky enough to have bookshelves similar to some here. But the only thing almost as good as your own, is other people’s shelves! 😍 I love bookshelf pornography 💖💖

    When I get my own place, I would very much consider turning a walk-in closet into a mini library if I had a spare one. The back wall would be full of comics, then graphic novels on one side and regular books/text books on the other.

    I love the floating books! I was originally going to attempt this in our entryway as it is rather large. Now it is decorated as Wonderland.. but they might work still considering I have a “down the rabbit hole theme going”.!

    BOOKSHELVES ENVY!!!!! I would not want to put my books in a closet because I like them all around me, but wow! And bookshelves that require a ladder to go from A to whatever author you want?? I need this! I want this! My time on Instagram is always spent wondering how people manage to create such wonderful stuff while my bookcases look.. boring! haha!

      Bahahahah, I totally understand. Some people put SOOOO MUCH dedication and work in building AMAZIING bookshelves to surround them. It would probably take me years of accumulating books, organizing and designing to make my own bookshelf just as SPECTACULARR. There’s a reason its bookporn though! 😛 😛

    I have always loved the idea of The Beauty & The Beast kind of library, with high ceilings, thick carpets on a wooden floor, windows with thick curtains and an armchair to snuggle up in with a warm blanket and a tea and a good book next to me. Perfect! 🙂
